Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users, if you have made a purchase in our online store, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days from the day you (or a third party designated by you) received the package, without needing to provide a reason. Enter your Order Reference and the email address you used to make the purchase. When the system asks you for the reason for the return, select the option: "Right of Withdrawal (Voluntary Return).

Additional information regarding the consequences of withdrawal:
Return period: After notifying us of your decision, you must return the goods to us without undue delay and, in any event, no later than 14 calendar days. Refund: We will refund all payments received from you (including initial standard delivery costs, if any) no later than 14 calendar days from the date you inform us of your decision. We will issue the refund using the same payment method you used for the initial transaction. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or proof of their return. Condition of the goods: By law, you are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, or functioning (i.e., handling equivalent to what you would do in a physical store).
