Delivery Times
The estimated delivery time is approximately 7 to 20 business days, depending on your location. Once the order is placed, processing takes 3 to 7 business days before shipment. These delivery times are estimates and may be affected by external factors such as logistics volume, customs procedures, weather conditions, or carrier issues, circumstances beyond our control. Therefore, we cannot guarantee an exact delivery date. We recommend not opening claims until 25 business days have passed since the shipment confirmation, as packages may be in transit without visible tracking updates.
Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. We currently offer free shipping for orders exceeding the amount shown on our homepage. Order Tracking Once your package has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Tracking may take up to 5 business days to update from the time of shipment. You can track your order directly on our website or through the carrier's platform.
Lost or Damaged Packages: JonasaJaus is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once delivery has been confirmed by the carrier. If you receive your product damaged, please contact us immediately at hello@jonasajaus(dot)com with photos of the item and packaging within 48 hours of receipt.
Shipments to territories with special customs regulations, such as the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla, may be subject to import duties and taxes (such as IGIC) that must be paid by the recipient upon delivery. These charges are not included in the purchase price and are beyond Jonasajaus's control.
Shipping Address: It is the customer's responsibility to provide an accurate and complete shipping address. In case of an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for reshipping costs. Any package held in customs awaiting payment of import duties by the recipient is considered to be in transit.
Jonasajaus cannot be held responsible for delays caused by outstanding customs fees owed by the customer. Any dispute or claim initiated while the package is held in customs will be considered premature, as the shipment is in progress and delivery depends solely on the recipient's payment of these fees.
